The Family Policing (“child welfare”) System tears families apart rather than providing them the resources they need to thrive. It’s time to build the power of families struggling against this system.
Next Friday, June 16, at 12:00pm, Emancipate NC and Operation Stop CPS will be hosting a Lunch & Learn followed by a Court 101 training in Durham on the Family Policing System. The program will also feature special guests from the Movement for Family Power (Erin Miles Cloud) and Civil Rights Corp (Elizabeth Rossi).
Join us for learning, community, and lunch as attendees learn how to strengthen their advocacy for their own and other families. This training is suitable for impacted families, community supporters, lawyers, law students, and everyone else who wants to learn more about how to build systems that allow families to thrive together.
