On January 10, 2023, five Black police officers beat and subsequently murdered Tyre Nichols in Memphis, Tennessee. Since that tragic day, our communities have offered reactions, responses, and questions about whether or not this police murder is different because the officers were Black.
On March 6, 2023, 6:00 – 7:30 PM ET, join Dawn Blagrove and other leaders for an online panel discussion hosted by Community Change Action attempting to address those questions. The panelists will also provide a clear historical and political analysis as we heal and build a path forward.
