Emancipate NC Executive Director Dawn Blagrove recently joined a virtual town hall hosted by Common Cause North Carolina to discuss the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in the Callais case and what it means for voters in North Carolina and across the South.
The conversation focused on immediate strategies for protecting voting rights and building community power in response to the decision. Dawn joined a panel of national and regional advocates, including Danielle Brown, Venita Doggett, Anneshia Hardy, Chris Shenton, and Rachael Spriggs.
