The Raleigh HEART Coalition needs your voice now more than ever! The City Manager’s Office is asking for community input on our coalition’s Alternative Crisis Response Unit proposal from now until March 2024. We need to show the City that Raleigh residents want Raleigh to have a HEART!

Online Alternative Response Program Survey

Fill out the Alternative Response Program Survey online by March 10, 2024, and get entered to win a prize. You can find the survey at this link.

Attend the Upcoming Listening Session

On tomorrow, Tuesday, December 12, 2023, join the Raleigh City Council virtual listening session about the Alternative Response Program proposal from 6PM-7PM and make your voice heard. Registration is required and 25 registrants will be randomly selected to receive a $25 gift card! You can register at this link.

Engage in a Pop-Up Event

Attend and voice your support to the Raleigh Community Engagement department at one of the Alternative Response Program Pop-Up Events.

  • Saturday, Dec. 9, 1 PM to 4 PM at Food Lion of Western Blvd.
  • Saturday, Dec. 16, 1 PM to 4 PM at Food Lion of Southgate
  • Saturday, Jan. 6, 1 PM to 4 PM at Food Lion of The Market at Perry Creek
  • Saturday, Jan. 13, 1 PM to 4 PM at El Mandado Supermarket
