On March 16, Campbell Law School hosted the North Carolina Bar Association Minorities in the Legal Profession Pre-Law Conference. The conference provides inside information to high school students, college students, paralegals, and others considering law school. Dawn Blagrove served as the Keynote Speaker.

In a profession that is still overwhelmingly white and in a legal system explicitly designed to oppress people of color, it remains revolutionary for Black and Brown people to become licensed attorneys. At this event, the profession was demystified as attendees learned about navigating the admissions process, financing law school, career prospects, as well as having the chance to attend mock classes.
