REPS (Recidivism Reduction Education Program Services) launched a hotline on Monday, April 29, 2024, which connects callers with a live agent who can, on the spot, assist with Reentry Resources across the state. Initial operation hours will be 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. “Individuals looking for re-entry resources and services can call into this call center via this hotline and reach somebody, a live agent,” said Kerwin Pittman, the Executive Director of RREPS.

“[When] somebody needing employment who is coming home and can’t find employment, … we’ll be able to look in our database, find second-chance services for them, and provide them a contact right there and then on the spot,” Pittman said.
