Emancipate knows as well as anyone how much power lies in our judicial and legal system. Right-wing justices on the US Supreme Court — as well as North Carolina’s — are pushing an agenda that is undoing decades of legal precedent, fairness, and justice to reshape the country in their image. We are joining the fight with a whole host of groups across the country to urge Congress to rein in these abuses.
